熔模铸件的清理

The cleaning content of investment casting is mainly: (1) Remove the shell from the casting;
熔模铸件清理的内容主要为：（1）从铸件上清除型壳；

(2) Remove castings from the self-pouring system;
（2）自浇冒系统上取下铸件；

(3) Remove the shell refractory adhered to the casting;
（3）去除铸件上所粘附的型壳耐火材料；

(4) Cleaning of castings after heat treatment, such as removing oxide skin, edge and cutting gate residues.
（4）铸件热处理后的清理，如除氧化皮、尽边和切割浇口残余等。

Investment casting process design
熔模铸造工艺设计

As with general casting process design, the tasks of investment casting process design are:
如同一般铸造工艺设计，熔模铸造工艺设计的任务为：

(1) Analyze the manufacturability of the casting structure;
（1）分析铸件结构的工艺性；

(2) Select a reasonable process plan, determine the relevant casting process parameters, and draw casting drawings on the basis of the above;
（2）选择合理的工艺方案，确定有关的铸造工艺参数，在上述基础上绘制铸件图；

(3) Design the pouring system and determine the module structure.
（3）设计浇冒系统，确定模组结构。

In considering the above three aspects of the problem, the main basis is still the basic principles of the general casting process, especially in determining the process plan, process parameters (such as casting round corners, die inclination, processing allowance, process reinforcement, etc.), in addition to the specific data due to the process characteristics of investment casting slightly different, and the design principle is exactly the same as sand casting.
在考虑上述三方面的问题时，主要的依据仍是一般铸造过程的基本原则，尤其在确定工艺方案、工艺参数时（如铸造圆角，拨模斜度、加工余量、工艺筋等），除了具体数据由于熔模铸造的工艺特点稍有不同之外，而设计原则与砂型铸造完全相同。
