1. Module combination

According to our test, the laser forming wax mold can be repaired, combined and bonded by using the existing medium temperature wax material in the workshop, and the bonding strength of the two is enough to meet the strength requirements of shell making.
根据我们的试验,使用车间现有的中温蜡料即可对激光成型蜡模进行修补、组合、粘接,两者的粘合强度足以满足制壳的强度需求。

Therefore, according to the cost, machine addition and production cycle consideration, the existing pouring system of the workshop is generally selected for the pouring gate.
因此,根据成本、机加、生产周期考虑,浇冒口一般选用车间现有浇注系统。

Because of the simple shape of the pouring gate, even if the workshop pouring system is not suitable, it is convenient and fast to process its pressing shape.
由于浇冒口形状简单,即使车间浇注系统不合适,加工其压型也很方便、快捷。

2. Module coating shell

The test shows that the coating property of the rapid prototyping wax mold is very good, and the original process can be used to prepare the coating, the module is coated with the shell, the surface layer of silica sol + zirconium powder coating, and the reinforcement layer of ethyl silicate + coal gangue coating.
经过试验,快速成型蜡模的涂挂性很好,完全可以利用原有工艺进行涂料配制,模组涂挂制壳,面层硅溶胶+锆英粉涂料,加强层硅酸乙酯+煤矸石涂料。
