2.关于特殊合金材料的生产问题，也制定了相关的界定，符合制定要求的中频炉，并不在关停拆除的范围当中。利用中频炉感应加热熔化金属物料，再经过精炼工序冶炼，用于生产精密合金、非晶合金等特殊合金材料的，属于符合规定的范畴。
